Cancellation Policy for Online and Telephone Reservations (same)
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the reservation entitles you to a refund of 25% deposit.
Cancellations 29-15 days prior to the reservation results in the forfeiture of 25% deposit.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the reservation results of forfeiture of full amount of stay.
Please note: All cancellations must be made by fax or email.
If you book over the phone, we require that you return a signed confirmation form to secure your reservation. After we receive your signature we charge a deposit of 25% of the total stay. Please note that telephone reservations do not secure your room until a signed confirmation letter is received.
For immediate reservation and confirmation please book online. Your reservation is automatically confirmed and a 25% deposit is charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
