Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the reservation entitles you to a full refund.
Cancellations 29-15 days prior to the reservation, and you will forfeit your 25% deposit.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the reservation, and you will be charged the full amount.
Please note: All cancellations must be done by fax or email.

Telephone Reservations
Our cancellation policy stipulates that upon signing and returning your written confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the total stay is charged to your credit card. Please note that telephone reservations do not secure your room until a signed confirmation letter is received.

Online Reservations
Avoid signing a confirmation letter and reserve your room directly on our website. Your reservation is automatically confirmed and a 25% deposit is charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
