The on-site restaurant, Cuvée Seafood & Grille, offers local seasonal fare with international inspiration. Please be sure to call for reservations as restaurant hours vary seasonally. We serve meals on weekends year round and additional days during the summer. During warmer summer months the public may enjoy dining on the terrace and guests of the hotel have access to poolside dining and cocktails during pool hours.
Summer Hours from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend
Brunch/Lunch: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11am-3pm
Cocktail Thyme & Early Seating $25 Prix Fixe: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting at 4pm and ending at 6:30pm. Diners seated at 6:30pm will not receive the prix fixe menu as prix fixe service ends at 6:30pm.
Dinner: A la carte dinner service is available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4pm-10pm

LARGE TABLES: Parties of 6 or more require a credit card to hold reservations. Additionally, we require a $45 prix fixe during prime time seatings (6:30 to 8:30 pm). Cuvée Seafood & Grille is less than 30 minute drive from Hilton Garden, Indigo Hotel, Hyatt Place hotel, Holiday Inn and other hotels in Riverhead. Exploring the walking Village of Greenport is a wonderful day trip if you are visiting the Riverhead area. In Greenport you can experience the feel of the Maritime Village while visiting the shops, galleries and water-front park watch the ferries shuttle to and from Shelter Island.
