The on-site restaurant, Cuvée Seafood & Grille, provides an atmosphere where customers can enjoy seasonal seafood, produce, duck, wines, and cocktails of the North Fork. We offer friendly service and a high quality Farm-to-Table experience in a casual setting. At the restaurant we proudly feature over 20 wines by the glass and more than 30 other local and international wines by the bottle.

During the summer months, enjoy dining on the terrace or relaxing with poolside service or dine fireside in the winter.

Restaurant Hours:  The restaurant is open!  Dinner seatings are from 5:00pm – 10:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays and lunch/brunch seatings are from 12:00pm – 4:00pm on Saturdays.  We will also be serving continental breakfast (complimentary for guests) from 8:00am - 11:00am on Saturday and Sunday mornings.  For available lodging and dining packages, please see our special offers

page. Please note that hours for Cuvée vary seasonally and we recommend reservations.  The restaurant is always open for private parties and events.  Please call for hours of operation or to inquire about making reservations for your next event.

Staying in town? Cuvée Seafood & Grille is less than 30 minute drive from Hilton Garden, Indigo Hotel, Hyatt Place hotel, Holiday Inn and other hotels in Riverhead. Exploring the walking Village of Greenport is a wonderful day trip if you are visiting the Riverhead area.  In Greenport you can experience the feel of the Maritime Village and while visiting the shops, galleries and water-front park watch the ferries shuttle to and from Shelter Island.
