Cancellation Policy

Telephone reservations: Our cancellation policy stipulates that upon signing and returning your written confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the total stay is charged to your credit card. Please note that telephone reservations do not secure your room until the signed confirmation is received. Cancellation 30 days prior to reservation entitles you to a full refund. Cancellations 15 to 29 days prior to reservation you will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation less than 15 days will be charged in full as per your signed contract. All cancellations must be done by fax or email.

Internet reservations: Internet reservations are final and paid in full at the time of booking.
Please note: All internet rates are nonrefundable.
