Cancellation Policy

Telephone Reservations
Our cancellation policy stipulates that upon signing and returning your written confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the total stay is charged to your credit card. Please note that telephone reservations do not secure your room until the signed confirmation is received.
*Cancellations 30 days or more prior to your reservation entitles you to a full refund.
*Cancellations 15 to 29 days prior to your reservation, and you will forfeit your 25% deposit.
*Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your reservation, and you will be charged in full, as per your signed contract.
All cancellations must be done by fax or email.

Internet Reservations
Internet reservations are final and paid in full at the time of booking.
Please note: All internet rates are nonrefundable.

Upon proceeding with your reservation, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.  Please contact the Front Desk at 631-477-0066 prior to booking if you have any questions regarding the cancellation policy.
